Refunds/Cancellations

AYEZAAN believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Returns and exchange will be applicable only if the complaint is raised within 2 days on receiving the product.
• Incase of any return or exchange it will be approved only when the quality check is done by our end.
• Once the quality check is done and if your order is eligible for return. In that case refund will be initiated within 7-8 working days.
• Product Colours may slightly vary due to Light Sources. As we try our best to give you the best results of originality. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
• We cannot arrange a return pick up from our side unless the product received is damaged or wrong product.
• For returns we will pay you the full amount except for shipping charges if any.
• In case of exchange credit will be given to you. which you can use to buy any other product of the same amount.
• No returns will be accepted on the products purchased from sale, exchange can only be done if  you buy in exchange the same amount product.
